Is an MBA considered an insurance policy from a work perspective assuming you go to a Top 20 program?

I'm not sure how Fish Bowl works, but hi! I was wondering, is it just me, or sometimes insurance companies require so much from the families we work with? I have a kiddo who is required to do early start for minimum 9 hours a week to be eligible for services. Then they are recommended 25 hours of services per week.. I feel the parents are starting to get concerned due to the amount of hours the kiddo working. Basically almost a full-time job for a kid who's barely 2... thoughts?

Trying to decide on the HDHP Health Insurance. Basic vs. Premium. Benefits says the two are equivalent in coverage except three differences - deductible $3K premium vs $3.5k basic, no monthly payment for basic and no $2K company contribution for basic HDHP. Hi, this is a bit early but thought y’all might have some good insight. I’m exiting my current startup & have two offers on the table 1. A successful small startup in NYC doing PE/niche executive recruiting and 2. a fairly reputable PE consulting group in Austin. I’m going through the recruitment process at McKinsey for a middle/back office role (capabilities for a really cool space) but by the time I hear back, one of my offers won’t be on the table. Any advice on what’s best for MBA apps?

The number of the alumni and current students that go to top consulting firms FT& summer intern are countless even for a small class size.
Stern is way more than a finance school. Given its location, do you want to spend your 2 years in a rural area or heart of Manhattan? Location is almost everything for business school. (I have a friend in Cornell that frequently travels about 5 hours to NYC for events.)

Hi all. I'm looking for t15 mba programs that are "fun" and really enable their students to get to know each other well. I'm making an assumption that schools close to a big city (e.g. NYC, LA, Chi) are more likely to fit this criteria and therefore considering applying to only Booth, Kellogg, Stern, CBS, Anderson.

Are there other schools that come to mind that I should be seriously considering as well? Tough to find online research on this topic. (Note: not considering h/s/w cuz competition)
