Now that the submission deadline has passed, I understand that the next step is performance green light check during April. Is everyone that meets the performance threshold automatically considered for presentation? I know they say there isn’t a “number” they try to reach but is there any other trimming condition at this point?

I have been hired under one role but have been managing projects in design UX/UI, content management (auditing and process development), and governance (currently working on a bot project). I have done a certification this time and missed on mandatory badge, will it have any impact on the rating?

I have worked with Forbes top companies, for-profits, non-profits, & startups. I consider myself a solver of complex & complicated problems requiring mixed method research & novel solutions. This has led to issues in self-referencing title. I’ve been project manager, data engineer, developer, modeler, analysts, principle DB developer, etc. Most of my w2 work has been from offers of 1099 clients so I am usually asked to define my own title. Any T-shaped data people who run into this?
