Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months.It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup.In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much.But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

What will the project dynamics be on a project staffed with 3mdps, a PL, and myself, a summer UG intern? Just got staffed and will be hearing more on Monday from the team, but it came across as an interesting staffing composition.
Have the feeling I'll be making quite a few slides as the only junior. Anyone staffed on a similar case composition?

No but you need one to get into KPMG
No. The more detailed answer is…
We hire straight from undergrad so obviously don’t need an MBA.
If you have experience beyond 3 years it’s unlikely you’d be hired as the entry level post undergrad position. As such, you typically need an advanced degree (MBA, PhD, MD) or relevant experience (other consulting firm, significant industry). If you are a non advanced degree experienced hire, your odds are probably best with 5+ years of quality experience and you would come in at post MBA level.
There are, of course, people hired above that level but they have very significant experience and I assume that your not looking to come in at Principal + or you’d know more.
It depends
On?
No.
For Mckinsey you can;
1) be hired as a BA straight from undergrad
2) enter at any level as an experienced hire where you have commensurate industry experience. A few years experience works in lieu of an MBA to enter as an associate or a specialist
3) you can enter many non client facing roles without an MBA.
No—I’m an attorney and came in through the Advanced Degree Program for MDs, PhDs, and JDs.
