My Firm is transitioning to Practice Panther case management software. I have been unimpressed with the Practice Panther “support” team as we are setting up our system. They are essentially leaving it all up to my admin team, and they are lost. We are a 25 lawyer litigation / insurance defense firm. Anyone in a similar type firm working with Practice Panther who’d be willing to discuss? Much appreciated.

Maybe this isn’t the right thread but can someone weigh in here? My last role as an analyst was called BA2, I had senior level responsibilities minus the people manager part. Is it right to put senior business analyst on job applications for a sr. BA role?
