Wolters Kluwer - 15L fixed + 10% bonus + 1L joining bonus

Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.

Started a new job 7 months ago. There’s been a hiring freeze and it seems they canned the recruitment team. Things seems to be slowing down drastically in the span of a week. Currently not ADD but I do have severe narcolepsy with cataplexy. Everyday I wake up feeling like I haven’t slept 3 days. Cataplexy is sudden loss of muscle tone. Currently on Adderall for it and have been for 5 years. Without it and my ven. I collapse 10-20 times a day. My doctor has left the practice and replacement asshole with a Ph.d says I need a new sleep study and won’t prescribe my prescription until I have it done. I am Covid pos and now can’t get in to get a sleep study. Am I fucked?
