I didn’t mind the hair loss it is the insane baby hairs now at 11 months driving me nuts
If you are 3-4 months PP it’s totally normal. Gross but normal. It will stop eventually.
Embrace the temporary combover girl. Nothing you can do but just wait until it passes. It will!
Honestly, you just have to wait it out.
Hi, my dermatologist recommended Nutrafol vitamins you can get them in Amazon. Life changers❤️ worth every penny since they’re a little bit expensive.
Nothing. It’s the flip side of not a single hair falling out through all of pregnancy. PP you face the consequences and have 9 months’ worth of hair fall out all at once. Only good thing is it does eventually stabilize again and go back to a normal amount of hair loss.
Solidarity - I’m in this phase too and it’s UNENDING
Couldn't do much about it. It lasted from 3 months to about 10 months PP. Now I have all the fun little baby hairs as it regrows, a year out.
Satin/silk pillowcase and try not to put your hair up as much. Continue to take vitamins. Solidarity, that part sucks.
Yes to silk pillowcases which are good for hair and skin too. Shorter hair can help weigh hair down and reduce loss. Also not tying hair back tightly or at all helps. And then just brace yourself bc worse than the hair loss is the baby hair growth which just sprouts out and up. Nothing some hair product can’t help but that was the worst part for me… the baby hair growth.
I actually stared using divi. It’s fabulous.
hated this so so much but it stopped around 6 months pp, and im not always a big believer in products for this kind of thing but Olly hair gummies that they sell in Sephora honestly seemed to help slow it down for me
