Hello! This is a long story, so I’ll try to keep it brief. I work for a very small supplement company - it’s myself (marketing/acct mgmt) my coworker (sales), and the owner. My coworker is struggling to complete his tasks/meet his goals, and the owner is coming to me about angry clients. If yes, pls tell me what is the timeline like when did they send you revise offer letter and when did you withdrawn your papers? Also is it good to revoke the paper(Heard after revoking, management might put extra pressure on you). So pls pour your views..

Compansation is similar in both places just TIAA has variable and internet allowance 3500 per month and citi has bonus.
