Recently I had an interview for the Cloud Lead position, also done with all-round of interview including technical and HR salary discussion but after 1.5 week not received any update from HR about offer letter release or to share document. any idea how much time would HR take after salary negotiation to process with next step ?

One of the worst double standards in corporate america.

Companies especially startups expect you to not keep interviewing when you accept a job offer. “It can deteroriate your brand.”

But companies would replace you in a heartbeat for almost any reason. Including interviewing a candidate who will replace you (you will be fired as soon as they find a person).

So companies can fuck with the little guys but we can’t look for our best interest?

Looking to confirm or crush my expectation as part of a business model. Are M&A like technology assessments somewhat standardized for angel investors or do you start by independently evaluating specific platform, data, code, technical architecture issues? I’m assuming there are individuals who seek technology risks for value opportunities while others avoid such risks. Is it common to ignore technology choices or are there other options I’m missing?

I recently had an interview with BNY for an Analyst role located in DE. The interview went well and I was informed by the recruiter that the team was interested. They asked if I was willing to relocate immediately, and I told him that my decision would be best made if I see an offer. I received a phone call from Airtel Digital yesterday. They are looking for Java Backend Engineers. The HR asked me about my NP. I honestly told them 90 days, but they are looking for someone to join in 45 days. I told her that I could finish my work in 60 days and join Airtel in 60 days, but she was not agreeing. She told me to start servicing notice.
The question is, how can I convince HR?
