Should someone switch from Java to NodeJs or GO having total 4 years of experience in IT Industry?

Anyone else experiencing rejection after rejection? I have 10+ years in customer facing support w/ the last 4 years in Customer Retention Escalations with high retention outcomes for subscription/contract based services. I’ve been trying to shift into Customer Success Management but not landing any interviews. Update resumes to coincide with every post, cover letters, you name it. I have over 12 years in B2B sales/sales management experience along with a graduate degree. I am wanting to shift gears and I am at a point where I can invest time in myself to learn through practical experience. The new industry I am wanting to pursue is real estate investment. I have read all the books but want some hands on experience on the property management side. How could I best leverage my skills for a role in this, and what should my expectations be for negotiation in compensation?

Recent grad here trying to figure out how I want my career to go. Looking to get into SaaS sales but my experience is in construction and fine furniture (I was a sales manager and was able to lead my team of 4 people to consistently hit 450k monthly targets). any insight into how a pmm skillset is different from a brand strategist one? of course the pmm applies insights to and influences the product, but it seems like a lot of the core elements - research, understanding the user, generating insights, developing messaging and angles to speak to them, etc are super similar. interested in transitioning and I want to understand where my gaps are!

My parent has a star health policy for which the renewal premium is drastically increasing (almost by 50%) every year at age 51.
With such increase I do not think it will be viable for long term. So planning to switch/port.
