Onboarding process query – Zensar
Hi everyone,
I recently joined Zensar and am currently in the onboarding phase. My offer mentioned a DOJ, but some pre-joining documents were rejected for corrections (manual signatures, witness signatures, re-upload from portal, etc
HR informed me that once documents are corrected and re-uploaded, the system onboarding/activation and induction would happen the next working day, and the DOJ would align accordingly.
Just wanted to check with anyone who has joined

I never miss my deadline in the past 3 years.
And I was respected and got awards from VPs and was also paid well too then.
But due to some health reasons I'm missing deadlines from 1 month.
But my team lead is telling you are not working. Even if I say i have some health issues I may not be able to work like before.She is not listening she has escalated to my manager, my manager is 2X of her even he yells at me.

Would you lie to get an offer from dream company? Let’s say you did pretty good at interview, and the company (Google) is willing to give you an offer, but team lead at the end of interview asks you about GPA or experience on your resume, etc. Like in reality you got GPA 2.0, but u told them your GPA is 3.5 Would you take a risk and lie?
