I feel like I’m being taken advantage of. I currently work on 3 different projects (soon to be 4) where I am the lead and only point of contact between the tech side and our own internal teams/clients. The internals teams that I work with are all m/sm/eds. Someone very glibly pointed out that I’m the most junior person in room as an S2. I work as a pm/ solution architect an am responsible for delivery as well as being the liaison between the aforementioned teams/ clients. Cont.

My daughter just turned 14 months and she’s so fun! Starting to walk and talk. She says dada all the time. It’s just amazing. I’m looking for suggestions on things to do together. The weather is terrible so we are mostly in the house. She doesn’t really like to read but she loves it when we make up stories and do voices with her stuffed animals. She also loves playing with blocks and stacking toys.
