-If he is unable to clear the test , will they remove the employee by the end of 3 month or they will be ask to serve another 3 month as part of notice period?

-Also what will happen if he put resignation now itself?when they will release

I had a behavioral interview with a manager from another team and a case study with the hiring manager. They both took notes as I gave my answers but the first manager was very disinterested from the get go and was distracted as he kept looking away from the screen.

I’m wondering how much influence the first manager has since I’m not sure what he’s writing
