My friend is looking to move to Bangalore but her salary is <50k pm(content writing). moving to another city is a new thing for her and I want her to try and experience this but I'm also concerned about the costs.

In weekend checked out VTP Peagusus project in Kharadi possession 2025. Project looks promising but when visited the site accept for the towers rest all be it roads or daily basis shops nothing is there yet but they say that till the time of possession roads and everything will be functional. The rate for 750 sqft carpet 2bhk they are giving for 74lacs and possession is 2023 May. Another 2025 possession 850 sqft carpet 2bhk for 79lacs.Hardly any difference in rate per sqft. Fellow introverts...can I only advance in my career if I take on a leadership role? The thought of this terrifies me. My current boss hasn't exactly given me the confidence that would reassure me that I'm leadership material. He constantly questions my design choices, which I'm able to defend. It doesn't help that he always presents outdated ideas and throws UX out the window. I know that I know my stuff and keep up with best practices. I have 4+ years experience but am treated as entry level.
