Had final round discussion round with Birla soft yesterday, the interviewer only asked me one question i.e.
what is ur daily routine ?
i answered all the things i do in my typical day

Tech stack:
Java
Spring
hibernate
sql
mysql

then i asked dont you have any technical questions for me ?
Replied "NO".

GOT Rejected.

I gave an interview round 1 today and I got shortlisted from that, but then HR told me that for the final round you have to travel to a different state and the tickets would be reimbursed.

But the thing is it's difficult for me to travel for an interview to 1000s of KM.

How should I handle it and not loose the opportunity also?

Not sure what's going on in the name of BGV these days.
I mean companies ask for payslips, relieving letter and docs before rolling out the offer.
After that also, they are checking addresses ,calling references, sometimes asking again for documents, sometimes even bank statement.
Seriously I don't believe that a professional would be required to do this much anywhere outside India.
Gives me a really weird feeling.
Moreover its not just 1 company so many are having such scrutiny. Anyone else feels the same ?
