Total Experience - 5 years
Current CTC - 14 LPA
Stack - Java + Spring + Hibernate + Rest Services
3 Technical Rounds + 1 MR round - Let's say my performance was 8/10

I am gonna ask around ~ 25 LPA, seeking some suggestions/insights.

Hi ! I have gotten an offer via email for what I believe is level 9 data visualization specialist in the dc area. I have a masters and 3.5 years of consulting experience. I’ve gotten an initial offer and trying to get some context on what the range is for this and whether I should push for more or accept. It is 5,000 above what I said my minimum was, but is significantly more than my current salary. Thanks for any input :)

I received a job offer from company A and am currently negotiating salary. I have an interview with company B next week and know that they offer a higher base pay. There’s no guarantee that I will be offered a job at company B but my gut is telling me that company B would be a better fit for me. Should I accept the offer from company A, continue interview process with company B and then rescind my offer with company A if company B offers me a job? Will I be burning bridges?

Recently I was taking interview for a candidate, I was asking him questions on Binary Tree/Linked lists etc.. He couldn't answer any, And on top of that he argued "we don't need data structures and algorithms since frameworks/Libraries are already there". So just a message young engineers out there. These technologies/Frameworks are written with the knowledge of DSA. Even non-technical people will be able to use them provided with proper training. So don't forget the engineering roots ever....

I got an offer of 5.6LPA (43% hike) from Infosys for 2 years of experience and they told me its the final offer, so I accepted it but after some analysis I came to know that the hike should be at least 80%.
