Dude, have a little bit of shame, you too know your CTO is shit, busy with heads product.
Let me guess, you are of the below.
1. P*Y*SH
2. S*K*SHI
3. A*IT
4. S*en*aa from HR
You’re not making any sense. Pixis is unlikely to last another six months. The leadership seems completely disconnected from the realities of the market and is recklessly burning through investors’ money.
The work environment is deeply problematic—marked by extreme toxicity, substance abuse, inappropriate sexual conduct (even in leadership offices), allegations of misconduct by senior leadership and HR, severe health incidents among employees, and HR allegedly prioritizing covering up for executives rather than addressing issues.
And this is only a small part of the bigger problem.
Let me know if you want me to put more insights.
Ok. Let's go.
1. you fired 80% of workforce. All of them lazy and incompetent?
2. Many of the employees who you fired were featured in employee of the month (or similar) awards at some point in the last 6 months. I have screenshots.
3. Interact was built 2 months ago. And it definately does not have millions of active users.
4. You have no work . You have no projects. That's why you fired that many people.
There is nothing wrong with admitting it. You told people 6 months ago that there would not be any layoffs. And you lied to them. Then the market was a little bit better, now the market is very bad.
Not only you fired them but you called them lazy and incompetent? That's offensive. Stop doing that.
This is a misrepresentation of our organization. Everything you mentioned is a lie. Pixis is the best AI company in the world, and we are close to building our own LLM like GPT, all thanks to our genius CTO. Firing all the incompetent employees made this happen (it was just 2%, not 80% as you mentioned). They were a hindrance to Pixis's growth. Most of the fired people were brought into the organization through the back door by previous waste leadership (That is why they were frequently mentioned in employee of the month), whom we have taken care of by sidelining and firing. Currently, there are 5 products going to be launched in the future, and we are hiring good employees in good numbers.
