So, can he get the performance bonus because he served the last whole year with dedication?

It would be helpful if managers can answer this because they are the people who approves or decline this request.

Should be feel bad about possibly leaving my company? I’m about 2 years through a 3 year analyst contract and I’ve been interviewing at a different firm.

I like my current company and the people a lot, but the location isn’t ideal for me and comp is significantly below market. The guilt caused by the thought of leaving is killing me.

Hello all, i have. A question regarding compensation for a lateral move. I just received a job offer for an UA position from a competing cyber insurance carrier for $70,000 + bonuses. This job will be based out of San Francisco. I currently make $30/hour for the same role in Chicago, after OT it’s about $60,000. Do you think it would be wise to accept the offer? So, here it is. I was having joining on last week October as a senior analyst data science in Tiger Analytics. Today I got an call from HR that due to economic recession we are going to delay your date of joining by 2 months. My notice period was of 3 months. So total duration would be 5 months. Infact even after that too they didn't send me revised offer letter. There is something wrong with this company.
