Pls help ( PIP )

My manager informed me that I am on a PIP and said that the notice period will start from the day I am placed on the PIP. The first 60 days are for improvement, and the last 30 days are considered the final evaluation period.
If after the 90 days they find that I have not improved, should I consider those 90 days salary as my severance pay, or will the company provide an additional 3 months salary after the PIP ends?

Also if I put down the papers in middle of PIP what happens?

Do friends ever dump you onto your therapist or psychiatrist or dismiss your valid, normal feelings as “oh did you tell your doctor about this?” I feel like they’re just shitty friends delegating off.

I am saving 66% of my take home pay and I’m pretty satisfied with it.

You learn so much about innovation but seems like most health systems just want people to fall in line and just do what's always been done.
