My company has ERGs and one of them is pretty large and includes a lot of demographics. How do you deal with imposter syndrome? I'm a new therapist and I work with a bunch of women who have been doing this for ages. They're all really sweet, but I can't help feeling like I'm way out of my league. I have a unique query and would like to get some advice. My brother did his graduation in 2018 with 55% marks after that he was preparing for gov jobs but couldn't make it.Now he is considering to make a career in IT mostly data analytics or in testing.
Kindly suggest if it is possible and what are the steps he should take in order to achieve this.
