Depends on what populations they are. Overall, providing a place/scheduled time for specific groups or the entire ERG to meet with you and discuss their needs or interest in attending conferences etc. Be REALLY aware of who is in which subgroup and why, so that you don't end up lumping people together who may take offence to it. If you can, do any necessary research in terms of cultural and professionals norms that are relevant to the subgroups, and adjust your interactions as necessary. Talk to them, see what they need and what they want you to be aware of.
Ideally erg groups are for under represented communities to get a pulse on collective barriers, ways to support to increase belongingness, and assist with their demographic specific recruitment within the company.
