He has approx 2.5 years of experience and is interested in roles like FP&A, Financial Modeling, Portfolio/risk management, valuations or fixed income. I interviewed with capgemini for SAP ABAP role and my YOE is 4 years. Just 2 hours after my interview, I got a call from someone at Capgemini saying that I am selected.
They just asked my notice period and current location.I asked them, what is the next round going to be and they said that it is going to be salary discussion. But till now, no one has reached out to me.
Does it mean they got another candidate for same job?
If they get back to me, how much should I ask?

If we are billable on project in nagarro do we need to worry about recession for now .
