I'm a javascript/react developer since inception of my career & haven't worked much on CICD/JENKINS and similar technology.
Should I be worried that as a lead I don't know these and will it affect by job security?

Give it to a good architect and structural engineer and let them handle. with your youtube knowledge, you won't be able to say if it is actually right or not. Don' take risk, structural engineering is not a joke. Your house should be safe even in earthquake.
Your perspective is correct but now a days you need to get the basic knowledge of everything otherwise everyone out there is ready to loot you.
You also have to oversee if architect is also functioning, doing things correctly. Architects also have commissions with material providers. Architects can also suggest something unnecessarily and you will have to analyse which option should i take.
If we talk about medical stuff, if we go to doctor with not critical disease then everyone is ready to admit you and get numerous tests done on the first day. They feel looted. At that point a person thinks should I just check if they are doing things in correct way and in that path you have to analyse everything by acquiring knowledge on that topic.
It is a long process, its hard find a transparent person to build a house. For each building, they build they will get indirect commision of 10 percent from your building, based on the percentage and overall amount you spend, will decide building quality. you need a patience and continous monitoring is needed even though you have a trust.
I am facing lot of struggle while building a house still its under devlopment, congratulation for you to start your journey.
Builder will get the commission from construction to purchase the material for the building
I've recently built my house and was constantly overseeing the construction. My suggestion is to get good understanding of main things like concrete mixtures, foundation and tmt, you can always get a site engineer for this but have first hand knowledge always helps you to handle the contractor and labour cutting slack
