I’m interested to know as well! And if you don’t mind me asking, what is your bg ? Is your current position PMM as well?
I’m in digital marketing and social media and would love to get into more of PMM role. TIA
- what your view is on the current market for their product (if you have experience in its field)
- how you would approach the first 30-90 days in the role, what would your goals be?
- how you will draw different stakeholders together to align them on whatever you need to do
- examples of “stuff you’ve made/done” so think of concrete examples beforehand. Campaigns, materials, content, road maps etc.
And I would also ask questions like what kind of teams you’d be working with, if you’ll have input on the product roadmap, what tools & support will be available for you or whether they’ll allow you to purchase/implement stuff
This is all good information! The more you can prove you're up to date on the market, can predict trends, and can put together a solid strategy, the better.
That's exciting! I would look at Glassdoor to get a sense of general questions asked to PMMs in interviews. They'll likely as about past results and initiatives for sure
