Recently got interviewed.with coforge and cleared all round last Tuesday we had discussion regarding compensation and later HR confirmed he submitted offer letter for approval. I just wanted to how much time it takes to approve it's already 4 working days. What if they didn't approve the salary it's 100% hike on current so I am not sure. Can they reject it.

My current role is Senior Automation Engineer. Position offered is Test Analyst (Lead).
CTC Offered: 26 (24 fixed + variable)
One of my queries is regarding the Medical Insurance. As per the offer letter it mentions "Mediclaim Scheme with Floater Option of Self + 3 or Self + 5 with/without parents. " : INR. 150,000/- to INR. 3,000,000/- 
Does this mean that without paying extra, the med insurance is just 1.5L?
