Asking questions that help them identify their own goals, and not just what would be next for their role. Then we build a plan from there. I don’t have that often, but I enjoy helping employees who are looking for some advice or just exploring what could be next for them.
Its not something I've had much experience doing. I don't want to lead them to the wrong thing. It's an Important job to help and a privilege to be asked.
