Leaving my current job for a career pivot. Current job has been challenging to say the least and senior management never hears what others have to say. Employment is an at will state.
Senior leadership is so unforgiving that I fear by giving notice, I’ll be asked to leave and lose out on two weeks pay.

Do you have any advice for a career in a bank?(Position in IT)

My old employer asked me if I wanted to come back to the company as a manager. The pay will likely be much better and the position holds more responsibility than I’ve had before, so overall it would be a step up. The issue is I left the company because of an abusive manager who constantly put me down and made me feel like I wasn’t doing anything right. If I come back I’d be working under her again. Joined tcs around 1 month back and submitted all the joining related documents but still didn't received my employee Id.upon checking with hr i am getting information that there is technical glitch due to which employee Id is not getting generated.
