After ED round of interview I got a mail from HR asking to submit few documents. In the mail HR has mentioned that I'm one of the shortlisted candidate and final selection is yet to be made. So how are my chances of getting an offer.

I once worked for a company that was experiencing cut backs and my department was out-sourced. Another department contacted me right away and setup an interview. The position was for someone with a lot less experience than I had. When I asked what the pay was, it was $5 per hour less than what I was making. I said no thank you. They said you have all the skills we are looking for, I said you have to pay for those skills. I left the company and never looked back. God opened a huge door for me with a better position and much better pay then before the layoff.
Part of it is just volume, I think. I get a lot of irrelevant messages, but the right ones do come through if I wait it out a bit.
