Beat the CFA

Registering for the December Level 1. Any suggestions on the best place to get study material? Is there a problem with buying used materials from last year for less from a private party?

There’s a really good you tube channel called Analyst Prep. I used it as review. It’s really comprehensive.

Anyone done Airbnb, and how is your vacancy rate? Looking at a random selection on Airbnb it appears many places are close to fully booked, but not sure whether I’m looking at a representative sample.

Currently a first year big 4 audit associate who completed my first busy season a few months ago. Since starting I have had a pretty rough go of it and don’t think I am cut out for audit work or the life style. I thoroughly enjoy financial accounting and found it interesting in school, but loathe audit workpapers, anything related to controls, and the fact that it feels like a constant check the box exercise. I also can’t stand sitting in a conference room and CONT.
