Which neighborhoods should I consider if I was trying to go for 2bd/2ba /affordable ($2200), safe, not more than an hour commute to Boston. How’s the freelance producer market doing these days? Busy, slow?

What do you guys think about apps like BetterHelp and Talkspace? I understand they might have real therapists working on their content, but a lot of the marketing I see is so vague and broad that it feels like a lie. Seems like "This app got rid of my anxiety with a 30-minute automated text questionnaire" is the new "This tea made me lose 20 pounds in two weeks!" Just seems a little fad-like and money grabby to me. Thoughts?

How much is too much to spend on rent in Boston?

Is Boston nice to travel to in the winter? I have a month off between when I graduate in December and when I begin work in February and always wanted to go to Boston. Plan on going for a few days then going back in the summer. I’m from NY so used to the cold. Worth it or no?
