This is twice now in back to back weeks my boss has asked me where the disconnect was in our communications because I didn’t deliver on what “was asked”, even though I know damn well what was asked and what was done were the same thing. Short term goals - like for 2-3 years

How do you manage a long distance relationship? I got engaged 3 months ago and my fiancé and I live in different cities. I just can’t stop thinking about her and feel horrible there on.

My wife often calls me by 5:45/6 to ask where I am if I’m not headed home yet. Sometimes she’s stressed with kids/dogs/dinner and really wants me home. This really throws off my concentration because it makes me feel rushed. Like many practices sometimes I’m out at 5:30, other times it’s much later. Just depends and is unpredictable. Any advice on how to approach this?

During the pandemic I dove into my self care (found a therapist, learned I was having seizures and got on meds for that). My journey has been difficult and not pretty to watch. Somewhere along the line I feel like my fiancé saw too much. I no longer feel like romantic parters and instead feel like we have a “caretaker/patient” type relationship. I don’t feel sexy or attractive anymore. I talked to him about this and he feels bad. But I feel guilty for bringing it up. Anyone else had this issue?

I have a Fidelity Brokeragelink account for my 401k. Every other year I switch from pre and post tax contributions. My money is spread over 3 ETFs currently. Does anyone know how this is tracked? Say if $100k is traditional 401k and $100k is Roth 401k, but they’re mixed, how can Fidelity track what funds are Roth/traditional? If I’m up 300% in ARKK, how can I or anyone else at fidelity tell if the cost basis was pre or post tax contributions?

Has anyone tried CeraVe daytime face lotion with 30 spf? I use and love the PM (even during the day in winter) and want to add SPF during the day without risking breakouts. Unfortunately I have dry, yet sensitive, acne prone skin.

I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies.
