Hi all! I’m inclined on taking up the CIPM training and certification exam. I’m already a certified Data Protection Officer in the Philippines. I intend on skipping CIPP as it applies to the US and EU.

How difficult was the exam? Can you share your experience studying for the CIPM exam? Is it advisable to skip CIPP?

I got promoted and finally make 150K which was my dream salary (I know it's not high by NY standards, but I come from a lower income household so I am grateful to be earning this). I've always lived with a roommate and I was going to find my own place once I hit that mark.. but I find myself so scared of spending 2K+ on rent alone.
