I think that’s inevitable at scale. Salesforce is the beating heart of the organizations that use it. That’s leaves a lot of latitude for Salesforce to run with it.
We are seeing that in the nonprofit side, that a lot of nonprofits are priced out of Salesforce altogether. Or the various products that we’d love to implement for them, are outrageously expensive.
That being said, there are competitors moving in on territory, which should drive innovation, change, and healthy competition.
Is there really a way to stop that from happening when a small startupish firm transforms into a large multinational organization?
Microsoft…good people, no doubt. But the TECH: everything is so bloody difficult.
New to the job can someone specify what is exactly happening in Salesforce and the CRM space in general?

It's come full circle and Salesforce has completed the transformation to become Oracle
Read your post. Feeling the same way, actually. Decided to check out Oracle: asking myself, where are they, today? And so I am reminded, great companies are built to last. They are resilient.

ESG is good. But secondary to creating quality products and services for customers and generating a profit.
