Salesforce Commerce Cloud - what are your thoughts and is it worth it to specialize in the platform?

Is there special experience or knowledge you'd need to be effective at a GCD level in Pharma? Or is it like any other account, just different products? I'm considering making the switch from general market advertising.

I need help, I looking for a good paying job because I am tired of being a teacher assistant. I am kind of stuck and don’t know what route to take. I’m currently a Grade 11 at Cisco. With the recent pay structure changes my annual comp will be $150k + 12% bonus. I live in a large metro area in the middle of the US.
