New year. New rates. I’d like to increase my hourly rate of $100/hour. I’m freelancing with the same company in early 2022….how much is a healthy increase in that rate without it being too much? I feel like I’m bringing more to the table in this new project and want the rate to reflect that in the new contract.

Vlocity is "industry cloud" but not all industry solutions came from Vlocity.
100% agree. They have the Vlocity Process Library and sell that like it's turn key. It is extremely complex and their website says it's those are just examples and they will not support it. Sales usually missed the latter point.

I think, in general you aim for your solution to fully meet customer needs out-of-the-box. Bare bones that will be a profitable deal.
As people here said that rarely moves the needle fully. People shouldn’t fear customization/services/additional support because it may add an extra layer/cook in the kitchen. If your account team structure is solid and everyone is invested equitably in the customer.
