What's the most fun certification you have studied for?

Is it ok if I change my job mid 2023 if I want to apply for an MBA in fall 2023 ? I want to change my firm because of the pay, but I would get decent recommendation letters from here I think.
My current firm also does not sponsor MBAs.

What are some good online certificate courses to do during some free hours which would help in future salary raises?
Online MBA? Six Sigma? Or Data Analytics based courses? Others?

Seeking some input: I am a client service manager (aka team lead) at a regtech company. I manage a small team of analysts who service the Helpdesk for a product that helps banks/ hedge funds do their regulatory reporting. I've been doing research and l've been seeing salaries ranging from 65k to 130k. I offer an MBA and a year of experience as the client service manager. What would you say is fair compensation for this role and my experience?

Is it an good idea to go to full time mba after getting the I140? Currently have 5 yoe, and green card will takes another 3 years for me. I really want the brand, network and career opportunities from an M7 mba. Worries that 5 years later full time mba doesn’t make sense.

Stupid appraiser under appraised my condo by 25k from the agreed upon price. Realtor disputed, and she texted me that condo finally got the fully appraised (500k). However, 2 days before the closing, my lawyer calls me that buyer says he is pulling out of the deal if I don’t lower price to appraised price by 25k because property was under appraised and he didn’t pay attention when he signed the docs. He claims he doesn’t have extra 25k to put down to make the math (contd)
