Scheduled to join next month, got to know from HR that eventually over the next 1-2yrs , entire SAP Labs will be shifting to Devanahalli campus. Only SAP India and SAP Consulting depts will work from Whitefield . This is a big turn-off for me. Was looking forward to start my career with SAP, but who would want to compromise on precise time by commuting 3+hrs daily or moving outside the city ? SAP should have given it a thought before taking campus land in the outskirts of the city

CTR, contracts and department overhaul

our marketing dept is undergoing a complete overhaul. under old leadership, a $75k 12-mo contract was signed to a marketing group that handles our SEO, blog and everything Google Ads. All things I can and am in training to do. Current CTRs on G ads seem pitiful at no more than 0.75%. My meta ads coast around 4-6%. During this overhaul, would it be wise to not renew our contract, and negotiate for me to take over these roles and leverage a raise?
