So I got a story just wanted to share, I'm not sure how to handle the situation. A colleague who joined with me (yrs exp - 1 yr) have been given a manager supporting role (she helps manager and TL with some stuff). We are a team of 60, so she is given the responsibility of taking care of some projects despite her experience. Now she is introducing unnecessary processes to the project which will waste everyone's time and believe me it's not process improvement at all.

One of my friend works in banking industry. He is corporate sales relationship manager. He is planning to switch to IT industry. He is non-technical guy. Looking for positions like sales or program manager. Non technical roles which requires customer handling. He has good strong interpersonal skills.
