So I got a story just wanted to share, I'm not sure how to handle the situation. A colleague who joined with me (yrs exp - 1 yr) have been given a manager supporting role (she helps manager and TL with some stuff). We are a team of 60, so she is given the responsibility of taking care of some projects despite her experience. Now she is introducing unnecessary processes to the project which will waste everyone's time and believe me it's not process improvement at all.

It’s a rare role. GCD in NYC. What should I be at? 220k-350k? Any insight?

I am from a tier 1 college and yet able to land only a couple of interviews and they keep me on stand by(2 companies so far). They are prefering folks with experience even for APM positions. What is the best way to bag a APM role with just one year work ex in pperations role. Will an internship help?

I have an interview tomorrow with a recruiter who contacted me through LinkedIn. I believe I am way under-qualified for the position and I pointed that out to her, but she responded with several points from my resume as to why she believes the role is a good fit with my experience. I was a Manager at a Big4 doing PM fed work earlier this year. I decided to join a small firm to pursue cloud sales. However, the position is extremely technical in nature and I'm required to speak tech ( kubernetes, openshift, CICD) to potential clients.
