Well you know real estate and G/L accounting so you could either work for a family office that has a lot of R/E as well as personal and trust returns, or a R/E Developer and also do their personal work including estate and trust. Public acct is a grind and mainly for young folks.

Thanks for your feedback, something to consider. You are definitely right about PA. I work for a small CPA firm and enjoy the tax work I do a lot. Don't like the office gossip, politics, and management. Plan to look after tax season.

For all you retail people...are you experiencing a very slow holiday season? I am a retail manager and I feel like this season has been freakishly slow. I thought we would at least match last year's number or be up a little bit but we are trending down. I talked to employees of other stores in the mall and they are saying the same thing.
