It’s also fine for your resume to be 1.5 pages at this point but your internships should be smaller than post-grad experience.

I'd remove them unless they're somehow relevant. My two 1L summer internships are off my resume because they're not relevant and I've been practicing for long enough that no one would care even if they were. I worked at my 2L summer associate firm for several years, so I just note that on my resume as "Firm Name - Summer Associate (Summer 201x), Associate (October 201x to June 201x)." While a longer resume is obviously ok at this stage in your career, I'm not sure if it should be longer because of whatever you did before you started actually practicing.

Since I only had one post law school job, and was in that job an extended period of time, I left them, but only had a short line for my experience. I managed to land a job at a place where people the people I worked with one summer are now managing partners. I moved my law school and post college experience [I worked in the legal field for six years before law school] to "other relevant experience," and put it towards the end, after my education and admissions.
