Manager's boss reached out to obtain review about my manager. I have nothing good to say about him, would you be honest? If yes, how would you go about it knowing that both he and his manager can read this review and know where it's coming from?

China has implemented mandatory anal Covid tests for foreign visitors. This seems extremely woke, since anal tests are more accurate than nasal, and I think we should implement this back home in USA. Like for people who go to the store or gym, just a quick butt test to keep people safe. Thoughts?
