Serving notice period. Finding it very boring. Whenever I try to focus on my personal learning, someone from the team will call/ping or assign work. It's my first switch, not very sure how to effectively use notice period days to benefit. Awaiting your much needed advice.

I'm serving notice period and around 50 days are remaining I'm having 2 offers where I got initially while resignation
Now I got selected for 3 companies but no one is releasing offer letter and stating silly reasons like DB migration issues,on long leave and after bgv will release offer 🙄
So I came to know these HRs will prolong releasing offer untill my LWD 😐
Seriously 🤦Im the only one facing this issue or ? It is common these days ,?
