You have the problem of not knowing how to say NO.
You need to think of ways to justify how you can't take up a certain task. Being on NP is the best time to pick this skill up and belive me, It's an essential skill which you will need for the rest of your corporate life.
Keep status away

Few things u can work on-
.Reaching out to manager asking for replacement. Say you'll have to give KT to new person so find the replacement sooner.
.if your relationship with team members has been great before this, then you should do the work which you would have done if you were not on notice. Just to keep rapport with members. That's the only thing they'll remember about you.
.if team relationship was not that great, then keep yourself away from meetings and work on skill learnings. You can choose to reply late to ppl, or give response whenever you wish to work.
I did my first switch and my team was really good. I could even take the one week holiday during NP without extending NP. So I worked with dedication even in notice duration. Have helped the team even after I left the org for some guidance on things which only I knew for some reason. I am sure it will pay back to me one way or another when time comes.
In same situation as yours. Just let the stress go and be a minimum employee. Enjoy 😉
I would say even while serving notice you r obliged to work , complete KTs etc.i am a manger in Accenture and I would always leave a company on a good note you never know who u meet again n may have to report same perosn in another organization. So maintain good relationship even when on NP
