Hi, I applied for a BFSI domain consultant position at TCS through Linkedin. Next day two people took my interview and said they are good to go with my profile. I might have one more tech round and HR will contact. After 4-5 days HR sent Ibegin link to create my profile and update details. Then it's been 3 weeks no other update. My experience is 2 years and current package is 4.35 lpa. I have received 2 offers:
Amdocs : 7 lpa fixed
TCS : 7.5 lpa fixed
I want to try for counter offer. Any ideas on how should I approach for counter.

Ps. I'm sure that TCS would not be paying more than that. Because after negotiating alot they agreed for 7.5 lpa.
