Should performance reviews include upward feedback? I’ve always felt that management should be held accountable too, but in most places I’ve worked, feedback only flows one way—top-down. While we often share thoughts privately, there’s rarely a formal space for it. And when upward feedback is collected, it often feels like it goes nowhere. Do you think upward feedback is necessary? If your company includes it, have you seen it lead to real change or stronger leadership?

Two company A&B gave more or less package X+3 Lakh.

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.

Is this recommended approach?
