Hi there! Interviewing w/Amazon for a non-tech role (Associate Category Manager aka Associate Buyer) and was asked what my salary requirements are for base+bonus+equity. Can anyone share insight on what Amazonians make in this role. I have 4 YOE and glassdoor is not very helpful.

They can release asap but it should not on months first week. As SAP is locked during this week. Also don’t tell them u have an offer. Tell them it’s a medical emergency for u.
Won't it sound lame being a guy that I am leaving due to medical emergency? Is there any other reason to tell?
I recently came for RP 10 days , and asked for Early release they accepted within 2 to 3 days and released me
In couple of week
Then serve 90 days notice period. Once you LL ask for the release, your name will be highlighted to HR. They will track are you coming ofc or not on RP or you are serving 8 hours in ofc or not. Then they will mail. And if there is notice period shortage considering not coming to ofc or not served hours, in some companies HR can take your leaves also so that company will not give u leave encashment in that case. Some small companies extend notice period also. So take your decision wisely.
And if you have good terms with RP manager then discuss with RP manager.
My idea is to help you. It’s your decision. You can wait also when HR come to you and ask for your early release. In that case you LL get remaining month salary. And if you ask early release nothing will b payout to u.
That's a very confusing situation
Depends on hr. Either they can release immediately or they can also ask for serving full notice period or they can stay chill and will not give any positive response or may they can release you within 1 month. But written mail regarding this discussion is important.
