So get this! Our grading periods have all been around 9 weeks. However the last grading period has 11 weeks (and that's not counting Spring Break)! I mean that is 2 weeks longer than what we typically have. My panicked mind is thinking "What the heck am I supposed to do for two extra weeks?" Any suggestions of things to incorporate during those two extra weeks? How are your grading periods set up?

Incorporate a project based on what they learned over the last quarter. I taught finance and after teaching about business plans, costs, location, etc, I had each student be an entrepreneur for our own “Sharp Tank” where they created their own project, business plan - plan money for locations, pay, insurance, etc. (give them a list to work with that they must budget) and bring the prototype in and let “Sharp Businesses” come and listen to their ideas, ask questions, etc. the kids LOVED it, and I even had a student patent and sell his product (a metal cow to rope with that gets pulled by his dad’s truck. He did VERY WELL with his sales, as well!

May I know what would be the roles and responsibilities with this designation? Am i supposed to be managing some team/people?? or work within some team on my particulars. Checked with the recruitment team but they seems to either not interested or not sure about the same.
