So I joined EXL 6 months back. Though the salary did increase but seems like I have taken a major downgrade in terms of work, work culture, work life balance, managers and almost everything else.
Didn't think it would be this bad.

This literally feels like a BPO company. There's no specialised consulting work at all. Plus the managers are mediocre.

But again I want to check, is it across clients or not?

Loan payment question. I have two federal loans. One has no accumulated interest and is ~$110k. One has about $19k of accumulated interest (I previously made an embarrassingly low amount of money), but the total is ~$140k. While the interest is still frozen, do I: 1) make payments on the $110k principal amount only to maximize driving it down; 2) make payments on the $140k principal amount only to maximize driving it down; 3) make payments on the $19k of interest on the $140k loan; or 4) ??
