So I work at a hotel as a Laundry Attendant this person is a supervisor not a bad supervisor great person however I feel offended and disgusted that she put off 2 weeks with no pay and that offended me the most so I went to HR and I was trying to find work in a different department only problem is I haven't heard back. I told HR and the housekeeping supervisor that if this continues to be a trend I will put in my two weeks notice and I will not be coming back. Am I doing the right thing?
