Finally hit my breaking point. Been nothing but irritable & pissed off these past few weeks. Coach asked me on Friday when I’ll be taking time off & I just broke down. I’m a top performer & a workhorse. I’ve put so much effort into making sure my team is okay I forgot about myself. Now I am buried in work, performance is dropping & I can’t stop crying randomly. I kept telling people I am drowning but no one was listening. Coach is leaning to tell everyone to backoff thankfully.

What is everyone doing to run their fitness business during quarantine?

Anyone have a primary care physician they like in NY? Ideally one who integrates holistic medicine as well as western medicine? Bonus points if they’re on Cigna or take insurance.

I have a therapist that I see twice a month and it has helped me to some extent. I feel like I’m in a general plateau. Had a really bad day 😞 I don’t know why I keep doing this to myself. Things will be going well and then out of nowhere I get blackout drunk. I am tired of feeling sick and anxious from drinking. I don’t really even want to drink sometimes but do it anyway. Blacked out last night, and still feel sick now.
