I’ve been in TA for 10 years and have been wanting to be an HRBP for 2 years now. My prior company had no interest in helping me develop and started with a new company 4 months ago. I was transparent from the start that I wanted to leave TA and was told I could do that within my first year. I’m receiving signs that I’ll, once again, be pigeonholed in TA. I’ve done talent management, DEI, engagement, but my lack of direct BP experience and TA titles keep me pigeonholed. What can I do?

I’m in IT in a large corp and I don’t know what to do. I’m the systems engineer and I planned around what I thought was a straight forward concept. Were spinning up a full team to build it and I’ve exhausted all avenues to find an alternative solution. There isn’t. Horrified this is a career limiting situation….

Hi Fishes!! I have got an offer from Infosys for Gurgaon Location. Mostly everyone knows Infosys is not present in NCR location. Although, my offer letter mentions I will be working remotely and no need to come to office. Is there anyone else who is in the same situation, i.e from Gurgaon Location.
